Serving Your Legal Needs Across Ohio

Civil Litigation Defense

I Have Been Sued. Now What?

Being served with a lawsuit resulting from any time of accident or damage is upsetting and intimidating. You do not, and should not, go it alone. If you have been sued, these are the steps you need to take immediately:

The first critical step is to contact your insurance company right away. The second step is to speak with an experienced civil defense lawyer as soon as possible. You have a limited time to file a response. If you miss important court deadlines, you could forfeit vital opportunities for pleading your case.

State and federal regulations and case law are constantly evolving. Our attorneys stay current with these updates so when you or your business entity engages our law firm, you have knowledgeable representation and the best defense.
